Joseph M. Boswell
CPA – Managing Partner
Joe is a 1994 graduate of Western Michigan University. He took over as managing partner of the Firm in 2011 when the original founding member, George Dove, retired. He is a versatile professional who utilizes the latest technology to provide high-quality tax, accounting and consulting services to high-net-worth owners and their businesses. Joe has two sons and two daughters and has called Jackson, Michigan home since 1999. He enjoys mountain biking, playing tennis and working on his 175-year-old historic farm house and hobby farm. Joe is excited to be involved in helping grow the Jackson community.

John A. Schultz
CPA – Retired Partner
John graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in accounting in 1976. His career in public accounting spans 40+ years. John served small and mid-sized business clients with accounting and tax services and had a large clientele of individuals. John retired in the fall of 2020 and is now enjoying time with family, golf and gardening with his wife Mary Jo.

Todd R. Sonnenberg
CPA – Partner
Todd has over 30 years of experience in public accounting, and holds a master’s degree in taxation from Walsh College. Not only does he have expertise in the areas of personal and business taxation, but he also has extensive knowledge of payroll taxes and payroll compliance. Todd’s personality includes a clever sense of humor that is always welcome, especially at tax-time! When not in the office, Todd enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on his kids at soccer.

Allison I. Arnett
CPA, CGMA – Partner
Allison is a 2001 graduate of Spring Arbor University and has been a dedicated associate with the firm for over 15 years. She is an experienced partner with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting and auditing industries. At home, Allison is a devoted wife and mother with an enthusiasm for classic rock and classic cars! Allison and her family have been a licensed foster care family and feel blessed to have expanded their family in such a meaningful way.

Sarah Goodwin
Tax Manager
Sarah fearlessly manages the multitude of tax returns as they make their way through the preparation process. Whether it's preparing a return or tracking its status in the office, she makes sure nothing slips through the cracks! Sarah has a big heart, quick wit and is always keeping us smiling. She is working on her master's degree in taxation from Walsh College and plans on getting her CPA certification. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys racing horses with her family.
Joyice French
Staff Accountant and Quickbooks Pro Advisor
Joyice is a 1992 graduate of Adrian college and has been in the accounting profession for over thirty years. As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, she is the one to ask if you've got a QuickBooks question! When not at work, Joyice enjoys working on the family farm and reading.

Jim Sobocinski
Tax Preparer
Jim “Sobo” Sobocinski is of utmost help to us during tax-time, and can really crank out the tax returns! He graduated from Eastern Michigan University, and was awarded the CMA certification in 2000. Before joining our team, Jim worked for over thirty years in cost accounting for the automotive and aerospace industries. He enjoys bicycling the Michigan trails, and visiting the shores of Lake Michigan whenever he can.
